Naina Shah

Naina’s dream is to create one woman entrepreneur for every 100 metres of the rural belt in India. 

An entrepreneur herself, she is currently the Director of Paradigm Environmental Strategies (P) Ltd, a company implementing sustainable and eco-friendly development projects. Environmentally conscious, Naina encourages her mentees to align their business towards similar goals.

She has expertise in multiple areas such as marketing, solid waste management, decentralised waste-water treatment systems, home catering and flour milling.

Working within the community, Naina understands the challenges and problems of entrepreneurs. As a founding director of a college for liberal education, she has motivated students to take up entrepreneurship and explore new business ideas.  

Naina has consistently supported her mentees by networking to attract new clients, which has opened up successful business prospects.
