Bolor’s mentees are mainly women – mothers, in particular – aged 25 to 35. She works to inspire leadership and creativity in political, social, economic, and environmental sectors.
An environmentalist herself, Bolor has focused on supporting green businesses that harness clean technology for the Youth Business Mongolia programme.
Her mentoring specialties are role modeling, outreach, and networking, which work in combination with profitable and eco-friendly business approaches. She aims to find solutions to issues in a simple, straightforward manner.
Bolor likes to emphasise to her mentees that women have had an important place in Mongolian society since the time of Chinggis Khan. Together, they are helping to keep Mongolian nomadic traditional knowledge and technology alive, always searching for ways to modernise these in an eco-friendly way.
