Andrea Worrell

Andrea is a trainer and customer engagement specialist with over 25 years of experience. She’s very passionate about seeing people reach their full potential and has focused her efforts on making this a reality for her mentees. 

As the director of The Sophos Centre for Leadership and Development, Andrea plans and executes training courses in business, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Throughout her career, Andrea has helped businesses achieve their goals through effective organisation, prioritisation, and execution of key projects. She previously worked in the telecommunications industry as a senior manager in customer service. There, she identified, developed and led the change management process across the entire organisation. She also made sure that the company culture, team performance and process efficiencies were streamlined for all its customer interactions.
